Executive Vice President, Operations
The Executive Vice President, Operations at Voyager Technologies, Inc. is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and scaling the company's operational functions within the Space, Defense, and National Security sectors. Reporting directly to the President of Space, Defense & National Security, this position is based in either Long Beach, CA, or the Denver Metro Area, CO, and requires on-site presence.
Key responsibilities include leading core operational areas such as production, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, facilities, safety, and enterprise systems. The role involves driving operational execution to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery, developing strategies to support rapid scaling, overseeing supply chain management, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Additionally, the EVP will collaborate closely with engineering and program management teams to align production plans with product development and delivery milestones.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or a related field, along with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing environments. A proven track record in scaling production and operations, hands-on experience with enterprise systems in a production setting, and strong leadership and organizational skills are essential. Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to manage large, cross-functional teams are also required.
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $280,000 to $330,000, with eligibility for incentive plans.
