Executive Social
As an Executive Social at WPP Media, you will be an integral part of the Unilever Trading Team (ULTRA), collaborating with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a dynamic, multicultural environment. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. You will leverage social listening tools and platform analytics to generate actionable insights and monitor key performance indicators, ensuring campaigns achieve objectives in engagement, conversion rates, and community sentiment. Collaborating closely with planning teams, internal stakeholders, and clients, you will align social strategies with broader business goals, develop innovative solutions to improve audience segmentation and creative performance, and drive measurable ROI, maximizing the impact of digital advertising investments.
The ideal candidate will possess a graduation or post-graduation degree in any stream and have 0-2 years of experience running paid social campaigns. In-depth knowledge of social platforms such as TikTok and Facebook is essential. Experience handling large campaign setups is ideal. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously are required. Hands-on experience in social media advertising, ad creation, and optimization, along with an active interest in digital media, paid media planning, strategizing, web analytics, and other aspects of performance marketing, are highly desirable.
