Executive Recruiter
The Executive Recruiter at Interface AI will collaborate directly with the CEO to scale the leadership team across critical functions. This role is pivotal in defining the leadership standards, shaping the hiring process, and ensuring a high-caliber candidate experience during a significant growth phase of the company.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for VP-level, C-level, and senior leadership positions across various departments. The recruiter will partner with the CEO to define roles, develop search strategies, and make informed hiring decisions. Building robust executive pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and market mapping is essential. Additionally, the role involves conducting in-depth executive screenings, designing structured interview processes, and overseeing the entire candidate journey from outreach to offer negotiation.
Candidates should possess 6–12 years of recruiting experience, with a substantial focus on executive and leadership hiring at the VP and C-suite levels. A strong track record in B2B SaaS environments, particularly with enterprise operations, is preferred. Experience in startup or scale-up settings, ideally between Series B and D funding stages, is advantageous. The role requires exceptional sourcing abilities, executive presence, and the capacity to engage senior leaders who may not be actively seeking new opportunities. Proven experience in partnering closely with CEOs and senior stakeholders, demonstrating high judgment and discretion, is crucial. A structured, data-driven approach using scorecards and funnel metrics to drive outcomes is also important. Willingness to be on-site in Palo Alto or San Francisco and to act as a culture carrier is expected.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $180,000 to $200,000, supplemented by bonuses. The position also offers meaningful equity, providing a direct impact on the company's long-term success.
