The Executive, Principal Insight & Research role at WPP Media offers an exciting opportunity to join the Research and Insight team within EssenceMediacom, based in Manchester. This team serves as the voice of the consumer, providing valuable insights to agency colleagues and clients across various offices. In this position, you will lead qualitative and quantitative research projects, directly influencing media planning and buying strategies. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing bespoke research projects to address specific client briefs, supporting new business pitches, and contributing to thought leadership initiatives. Utilizing a range of methodologies, such as focus groups, in-depth interviews, online communities, and surveys, you will deliver comprehensive insights.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering qualitative and quantitative research projects, with strong planning and end-to-end project management skills. Proficiency in writing recruitment specifications, questionnaires, and discussion guides, as well as liaising with suppliers and ensuring data accuracy, is essential. Experience in moderating qualitative fieldwork and a passion for the media industry are also required.
