Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our VP Legal in optimizing time, protecting bandwidth, and ensuring seamless operations. This role requires exceptional communication, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, global environment. The VP Legal operates across multiple time zones and engages with internal/external stakeholders, requiring meticulous coordination and strategic support.
