Executive Assistant to Customer Leaders
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Head of Customer Delivery and the Customer Delivery leadership team. This role is integral to ensuring seamless operations within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, as our leaders manage large, distributed teams and frequently travel to support Peregrine's growth.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for complex calendar management, coordinating internal operational rhythms across multiple busy schedules, and facilitating the execution of customer engagements, internal reviews, and leadership operations. Anticipating needs before they arise, protecting executive focus, and driving alignment across stakeholders are key aspects of this role.
Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars for the Head of Customer Delivery and leadership team, serving as a strategic gatekeeper to prioritize effectively, coordinating large-scale internal meetings, managing multi-city travel arrangements, overseeing expense tracking and reconciliation, and supporting the planning and execution of team offsites and customer events. Building strong relationships with the Customer Delivery team, cross-functional partners, and executive stakeholders is essential.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience supporting senior leaders in customer-focused or fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex calendars with strong business judgment, demonstrated excellence in executive operations, exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, and a high degree of professionalism and discretion are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in startup or high-growth environments are preferred. The role requires in-person work four days per week in our San Francisco office.
Peregrine Technologies offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $170,000 annually, along with benefits, equity options (if applicable), and potential bonuses.
