Executive Assistant, Sales
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Go-To-Market leadership team. This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating customer engagements, and ensuring our sales executives have the resources needed to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of revenue organization operations.
Key responsibilities include balancing customer meetings, internal forecast reviews, and field team touchpoints to ensure seamless scheduling. The Executive Assistant will coordinate multi-city travel for customer visits and industry conferences, support leaders operating across multiple time zones, and act as a strategic partner by developing customer meeting materials and supporting quarterly business reviews. Additionally, the role involves managing expense reports and organizing events such as Sales Kickoffs and customer engagements.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in revenue organizations within fast-paced, high-growth environments. Proven experience in coordinating complex travel logistics, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce is a plus. The position requires in-person work four days per week in our New York City or Washington, D.C. office.
Peregrine offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $170,000 annually, along with benefits, equity options, and potential bonuses.
