Executive Assistant
Mozilla Corporation is seeking an Executive Assistant to support Vice Presidents on the Communications, Marketing, and Policy Leadership Team. This role is integral to facilitating seamless communication and coordination within the team and across the organization. The Executive Assistant will act as a key liaison between executives, their teams, and both internal and external partners, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. Responsibilities include managing a wide range of administrative tasks such as calendar management, coordinating domestic and international travel, handling expense reports, and organizing internal and external meetings. Additionally, the role involves planning logistics and events for team and executive offsites and work weeks, as well as building relationships within the organization.
Candidates should have over five years of administrative experience in a technology company or multi-location environment, supporting one or more executives with tasks like travel management, expense reporting, and calendar management. Experience coordinating with sensitive, high-stakes external teams is essential. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage ambiguity, and the capacity to foster a team culture. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, initiative, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Google Suite are also necessary.
