Executive Assistant Jr.

As an Executive Assistant Jr. at Monks, you will be based in our Mexico City office, providing comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to transformative agency initiatives within a dynamic, AI-driven environment. You will work closely with top client teams, ensuring seamless operational coordination across multiple countries and cultures.

Your primary responsibilities will include offering daily support to executive leaders, managing special projects with defined timelines and deliverables, and assisting with marketing initiatives and AI-related projects. You will be tasked with scheduling and coordinating critical client and internal meetings, organizing internal and external events, and handling various financial and administrative tasks. Additionally, you will develop materials such as Google Docs and presentations, coordinate team and client gifts, and manage travel bookings and expenses, all while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administrative, office, or event management roles, demonstrating success in fast-paced environments. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with strong project management capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. A foundational understanding of marketing principles and a genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies are highly desirable. Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to maintain discretion are crucial, as is proficiency in Google Suite applications.
