Event Producer - Fever Originals
Fever is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Producer to join the Fever Originals team in Montreal. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end production of complex live entertainment experiences, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Event Producer will collaborate with creative, technical, and business teams to create unforgettable events that resonate with audiences.
Key responsibilities include interpreting and validating CAD drawings, coordinating design reviews, and ensuring concepts align with client vision and technical feasibility. The Event Producer will also develop and track production schedules, manage budgets, and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners. Additionally, the role involves leading meetings, presenting to senior stakeholders, and translating complex technical challenges into actionable business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in live event or entertainment production, with a proven track record of delivering complex productions involving multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of technical production, logistics, and permitting is essential, along with experience in contract negotiation and vendor management. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required, and fluency in both French and English is preferred.
