Reporting, analysis, and feedback collection after events are also integral to the role.
Ideal candidates should possess proven experience in event production or management, preferably in the live entertainment industry. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach are essential, as is the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
