Event Manager - Semarang
Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking an Event Manager in Semarang to oversee the execution of its flagship Candlelight concerts. These events offer unique musical experiences illuminated by candlelight, featuring a range of genres from classical to jazz and more. The Event Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality events that align with Fever's mission to democratize access to culture and entertainment.
The Event Manager will be responsible for following provided instructions and materials to deliver events, managing and adhering to scheduled event timings, implementing new or amended production details, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key duties include acting as the main point of contact onsite, liaising with artists and vendors, overseeing production management, handling logistical issues, managing sound checks, briefing and supporting the team, hosting events, addressing customer queries and complaints, and providing post-event reports and feedback.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of event management experience, with a strong interest in live music and event delivery. Exceptional customer service skills, team management capabilities, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential. Desirable skills include sound engineering knowledge and public speaking abilities. A proactive attitude, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills are also important for success in this role.
