Event Manager - Pekanbaru

Fever is seeking an Event Manager to oversee the execution of its flagship Candlelight concerts in Pekanbaru. This freelance role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to unique musical experiences that blend classical and contemporary genres in intimate settings.

The Event Manager will be responsible for managing event logistics, coordinating with artists and vendors, adhering to production schedules, and ensuring high-quality event execution. Duties include overseeing soundchecks, managing on-site teams, handling customer inquiries, and addressing any unforeseen issues during events.

Candidates should have at least two years of event management experience, a passion for live music, and strong problem-solving skills. Exceptional customer service, team leadership abilities, and the capacity to perform under pressure are essential. Experience with sound engineering and public speaking is advantageous.
