Event Manager - Medan

Fever is seeking an Event Manager to oversee the execution of its flagship Candlelight concerts in Medan. This freelance role offers flexible hours and involves managing events that blend live music with the ambiance of candlelight, providing audiences with unique cultural experiences.

The Event Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event production, including adhering to provided instructions and schedules, implementing production details and company policies, liaising with artists and vendors, managing on-site logistics, overseeing soundchecks, briefing venue staff, directing event teams, hosting events, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality execution, and handling unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, the role involves reporting on events and providing feedback to management.

Candidates should have at least two years of event management experience, a passion for live music, and exceptional customer service skills. Strong team management abilities, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the capacity to perform under pressure are essential. While sound engineering skills and public speaking abilities are desirable, they are not mandatory.
