Event Manager - Izmir
FeverUp is seeking an Event Manager to join their team in Izmir. This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of various events, ensuring they align with the company's standards and objectives. The Event Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional event experiences.
Key responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of event planning, from concept development to on-site execution. This encompasses managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, securing venues, and overseeing event logistics. The Event Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event management, with experience in producing concerts or festivals. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential, as the role requires managing teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Turkish and English is required to effectively communicate with diverse teams and partners.
This is a freelance position, and the Event Manager is expected to submit monthly invoices for their services. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Turkey and able to issue invoices in compliance with local regulations.
