Event Manager - Israel
Fever is seeking an onsite Freelance Event Manager for our Candlelight Concerts in Tel Aviv. This part-time role involves overseeing the execution of events, ensuring seamless operations, and upholding the Fever and Candlelight brands. Availability to work on weekends is required.
Key responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact onsite for Candlelight events, training staff in their duties, managing opening and closing remarks, and providing weekly reports to Fever Originals Project Managers. The role also involves evaluating potential venues and representing the brand through professional communication and management.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in event management or a relevant degree, fluency in Hebrew and English, a passion for live music and event organization, exceptional customer service skills, and experience leading an on-site team. Strong problem-solving abilities, the capacity to work under pressure, and knowledge of AV and PA systems are desirable. A personal laptop is required, and a valid driver's license is strongly preferred.
The initial contract is for six months, with the possibility of renewal. Shows run weekly, with shift times varying from 4 to 8 hours per day, up to a maximum of 29 hours per week, including potential work on certain holidays. The hourly rate is ₪60, with further details to be discussed during the interview.
