Event Manager (Freelance), Candlelight - Jeddah

Fever is seeking an experienced and passionate Event Manager to oversee the production of Candlelight concerts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This freelance role involves coordinating with the Fever Originals team to deliver high-quality, intimate classical music experiences in unique venues. The position requires flexibility, creativity, and a commitment to maintaining the brand's standards.

The Event Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of event production, including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up. Key duties involve creating production timelines, ensuring team adherence to schedules, training staff on their roles, managing inventory and supplies, and reporting weekly to Fever Originals Project Managers. Additionally, the role includes evaluating potential venues and scaling various Fever Original projects.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in event production and management, with a proven track record of successfully produced events. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required, along with experience leading onsite teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. A strong network of vendors and venues, understanding of technical production requirements, and familiarity with permitting processes are essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
