Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Freelance Event Manager to oversee Candlelight concerts in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing the production and execution of these classical music events, ensuring high-quality experiences for attendees. The position is part-time and requires weekend availability.

The Event Manager will be responsible for various aspects of event production, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up. Key duties involve creating production timelines, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, training staff on their roles, managing inventory and supplies, and reporting weekly to Fever Originals Project Managers. Additionally, the role includes evaluating potential venues, managing budgets, researching new vendors and technologies, securing event permits, and handling administrative tasks such as expense reports and contracts.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in event production and management, with a proven track record of successfully producing events. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, and experience leading onsite teams is essential. The role demands the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, a strong network of vendors and venues, understanding of technical production requirements, and excellent communication skills. A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment are also important.
