In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of events, including planning, coordination, and execution. Your day-to-day activities will involve liaising with vendors and venues, overseeing event setup and logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth onsite operations. You will also be tasked with monitoring event performance and working closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize attendee engagement and satisfaction.

Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of relevant event management experience, ideally with a background in large-scale or creative events. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. Excellent communication abilities and fluency in both Turkish and English are required, along with proficiency in MS Office or similar planning tools.
