Event Manager - Ankara

Fever is seeking an Event Manager to oversee the execution of its flagship experience, Candlelight, in Ankara. This freelance role offers flexible hours that vary monthly based on availability, with potential for extension or transition into other Fever Originals events or permanent positions.

The Event Manager will be responsible for delivering events according to provided instructions and materials, adhering to scheduled event timings, implementing production details and company policies, liaising with artists, managing on-site logistics, overseeing soundchecks, coordinating with vendors and venues, directing and supporting the event team, hosting events, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high-quality event execution, and providing post-event reports and feedback.

Preferred qualifications include over two years of event management experience, a passion for live music and event delivery, sound engineering skills, public speaking abilities, exceptional customer service, strong team management capabilities, composure under pressure, problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, flexibility, leadership by example, and the ability to work well under pressure.
