Event General Manager - San Francisco

The Event General Manager role at FeverUp in San Francisco involves overseeing the end-to-end management of the Aura experience. The General Manager will be part of the local site Management Team and report directly to the Fever Originals Local team. Key responsibilities include managing group bookings, developing programming ideas to drive attendance and revenue, and maintaining a customer-first culture. The role also involves leading day-to-day venue operations, managing and scheduling on-site staff, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Additionally, the General Manager will oversee budget management, track costs, and prepare performance reports.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in operations, hospitality, live entertainment, franchise management, or related industries. Essential skills include leadership and management abilities, proficiency in budgeting and expense control, and excellent planning and organizational skills.
