Event Coordinator - Tangier (Freelance)

Fever is seeking a Freelance Event Coordinator to oversee the management of our Candlelight concerts in Tangier. This role involves comprehensive event coordination, primarily during weekends, to ensure the successful execution of these unique musical experiences.

Key responsibilities include on-site coordination of concerts, encompassing both pre-production and production phases. The coordinator will supervise teams of up to 15 individuals and manage relationships with up to 10 service providers. Additionally, the role involves liaising with institutional partners such as local authorities, businesses, and associations to facilitate smooth event operations. Ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for the audience is paramount.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics management and team leadership, with a solid understanding of the live performance sector. Strong stress management skills and the ability to handle unforeseen challenges are essential. Proficiency in French, Arabic, and English is required to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
