Event Coordinator - Sunshine Coast

Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking an Onsite Event Coordinator for its Candlelight concert series on the Sunshine Coast. This role involves managing the execution of events that blend classical music with the ambiance of candlelight, offering audiences unique musical experiences.

The Event Coordinator will oversee all aspects of event production, including reviewing concert details, implementing production plans, and managing inventory levels. Responsibilities also encompass conducting venue evaluations and coordinating logistics, which may involve transporting equipment to and from venues.

Onsite duties include managing event schedules, training and leading event staff, and serving as the primary point of contact among Fever, venue personnel, AV teams, musicians, and staff. The coordinator will handle customer inquiries, address complaints, complete event reports, and provide feedback to the Associate Producer.

Candidates should have prior experience in event coordination, preferably in music-related events, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Leadership experience, proficiency in public speaking, and a valid driver's license are essential. A background in classical music is advantageous.
