Event Coordinator - Rostock (Working Student/Freelancer Part-Time)
Fever is seeking an Event Coordinator to oversee the execution of its Candlelight Concerts in Rostock. This part-time role is ideal for working students or freelancers passionate about live music and event management. The position primarily involves weekend work, with transport costs included in the hourly rate.
The Event Coordinator will serve as the main onsite contact for Candlelight events, liaising directly with the Fever Originals manager. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, coordinating with staffing agencies for event rescheduling, and ensuring all staff are trained in ticket validation, guest accommodation, and safety protocols. Additional duties encompass inventory management, handling printing needs, managing guest lists, delivering opening and closing remarks, and providing daily reports on event status and feedback. The role also involves evaluating potential venues and representing the Fever and Candlelight brands through professional communication and customer service.
Candidates should have over two years of experience in event management or a relevant degree. Native German proficiency and fluent English are required, with additional languages considered a plus. A strong interest in live music, exceptional customer service skills, experience leading onsite teams, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential. Knowledge of AV and PA systems is desirable.
