Event Coordinator (part-time) - Augsburg (Freelance)

Fever is seeking a part-time freelance Event Coordinator to oversee its Candlelight Concerts in Augsburg. This role involves managing the on-site execution of events, ensuring seamless operations, and upholding the Fever and Candlelight brands. The position is primarily active on weekends, aligning with the concert schedule.

Key responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact during events, coordinating with Fever Originals managers, and managing staff schedules. The coordinator will ensure staff are trained in duties such as ticket validation and guest accommodation, and will oversee venue inventory and printing needs. Additional tasks involve managing guest lists, delivering event remarks, and providing daily reports on event status and feedback. The role may also involve evaluating potential venues and representing the Fever and Candlelight brands professionally.

Candidates should have previous event coordination experience, preferably in music-related events, and have lived in Augsburg for at least one year. Excellent face-to-face communication skills are essential, along with fluency in German and English. The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, leadership experience in managing small teams, and the ability to build relationships with venues and artists. A problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach are also important. A strong academic background and knowledge of classical music are advantageous.
