Event Coordinator - Paderborn (Working Student/Freelancer Part-Time)

Fever is seeking an Event Coordinator to oversee the on-site execution of our Candlelight Concerts in Paderborn. This part-time role is ideal for working students or freelancers passionate about live music and event management. Fever is a leading tech platform dedicated to democratizing access to culture and live entertainment, inspiring over 300 million people across more than 55 countries each month.

The Event Coordinator will serve as the primary on-site contact for Candlelight events, ensuring seamless communication with the Fever Originals manager and event staff. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, coordinating with staffing agencies for any event rescheduling, and ensuring all team members are well-trained in their roles, such as ticket validation and guest accommodation. Additional duties encompass inventory management, overseeing printing needs, handling guest lists, delivering opening and closing remarks, and providing daily reports to project managers regarding event status and feedback. The role also involves evaluating potential venues and representing the Fever and Candlelight brands professionally as the main customer service representative at each event.

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in event management or hold a relevant degree. Fluency in native German and English is required, with additional languages considered a plus. A strong interest in live music and event organization, exceptional customer service skills, experience leading on-site teams, and robust problem-solving abilities are essential. The ability to perform effectively under pressure is also crucial. Knowledge of AV and PA systems is desirable but not mandatory.
