Event Coordinator - Osnabrück (Working Student/Freelancer Part-Time)
Fever is seeking an Event Coordinator to oversee its Candlelight Concerts in Osnabrück. This part-time role is ideal for working students or freelancers passionate about live music and event management. The position primarily involves weekend work, with transport costs included in the hourly rate.
The Event Coordinator will serve as the main on-site contact for Candlelight events, liaising directly with the Fever Originals manager. Responsibilities include managing staff rosters, coordinating with staffing agencies for any event rescheduling, and ensuring all staff are trained in their duties, such as ticket validation and guest accommodation. Additionally, the role involves managing venue inventory, handling printing needs, overseeing guest lists, delivering opening and closing remarks at events, and providing daily reports to project managers.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in event management or a related degree. Fluency in German and English is required, with additional languages considered a plus. A strong interest in live music, exceptional customer service skills, experience leading on-site teams, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential. Knowledge of AV and PA systems is desirable but not mandatory.
