Event Coordinator - Marrakesh (Freelance)

Fever is seeking a Freelance Event Coordinator to oversee the execution of Candlelight concerts in Marrakesh. This role involves managing all aspects of event coordination, primarily during weekends, to ensure the successful delivery of these unique musical experiences.

Key responsibilities include on-site coordination of concerts, encompassing both pre-production and production phases. The coordinator will supervise teams of up to 15 individuals and manage relationships with up to 10 service providers. Additionally, the role involves liaising with institutional partners such as local authorities, businesses, and associations to facilitate smooth event operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistical management and team leadership, with a solid understanding of the live entertainment sector. Strong stress management skills and the ability to handle unforeseen circumstances are essential. Proficiency in French, Arabic, and English is required to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
