Event Coordinator (Freelance) - Hong Kong

Fever is seeking a Freelance Event Coordinator to oversee the management of our Candlelight concerts in Hong Kong. This role involves full event management, primarily during weekends, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a unique series of classical music concerts held in intimate, candlelit settings.

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for on-site concert coordination, encompassing both pre-production and production phases. Key duties include supervising teams of up to 15 people and coordinating with up to 10 service providers. Additionally, the role involves managing relationships with local authorities, companies, and associations to ensure smooth event execution and providing an exceptional experience for the audience.

Candidates should possess experience in logistics and team management, along with knowledge of the live performance sector. Strong skills in stress and contingency management are essential. Fluency in English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's profile and experience.
