Event Coordinator - Casablanca (Freelance)

Fever is seeking a Freelance Event Coordinator to manage our Candlelight concerts in Casablanca. This role involves overseeing all aspects of event execution, primarily during weekends, to ensure seamless and memorable experiences for attendees.

Key responsibilities include coordinating on-site concert operations during both pre-production and production phases, supervising teams of up to 15 staff members and managing relationships with up to 10 service providers, liaising with institutional partners such as local authorities, businesses, and associations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for the audience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistical management and team leadership, knowledge of the live entertainment sector, strong stress management and problem-solving skills, and fluency in French, Arabic, and English.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's profile and experience.
