Event Coordinator - Brisbane

Fever is seeking an Onsite Event Coordinator to oversee the execution of Candlelight concerts in Brisbane and surrounding areas. This role involves managing event logistics, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring each concert delivers a memorable experience. The position requires semi-regular travel throughout South East Queensland, including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Toowoomba.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and implementing production details, overseeing inventory levels, and occasionally assisting with venue evaluations. Onsite duties involve managing event schedules, training and leading event staff, acting as the primary point of contact among Fever, venue staff, AV teams, musicians, and event personnel, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in event coordination, preferably within the music industry, excellent face-to-face communication skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, leadership experience managing small teams, and proficiency in public speaking. A valid driver's license is essential due to the travel requirements associated with the role.
