Eurofins Genomics is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. As a leader in the life sciences industry, we provide contract manufacturing services to research and development institutions specializing in biotechnology. Our primary products include oligo DNA synthesis, artificial gene synthesis, DNA sequencing analysis, peptide synthesis, and antibody production.

In this role, you will support existing clients and develop new business opportunities with universities, public institutions, and private companies. Your main responsibilities will involve maximizing sales opportunities by offering customized tangible products such as oligo DNA, peptides/antibodies, and gene synthesis, as well as intangible services like sequencing analysis. You will actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored support to meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have studied life sciences at the university or graduate level and possess sales experience with biotechnology-related products. A strong understanding of the biotechnology sector and the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to clients are essential for success in this position.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and employee pension insurance. The position operates on a full-time schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM, with a one-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. We observe a complete two-day weekend system, with holidays on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Additionally, employees are entitled to 10 days of paid leave after six months of employment.
