Ethics and Compliance Manager

We are looking for an Ethics and Compliance Manager to join our Compliance team. 
 
Responsibilities:
·       Assists in the development, execution and testing of the compliance program (the “Program”);
·       Participates in the third-party due diligence process aimed at identifying risks related to existing and potential business-partners.
·       Participates in the support of the sanction’s compliance processes.
·       Conducts ongoing risk monitoring in relation to the Company’s existing business partners.
·       Works with Kyivstar business functions to ensure that the Program is properly implemented throughout all business functions of the Company.
·       Provides subject matter expertise and compliance advise to internal clients, including senior management of the Company, and proposes risk mitigation solutions for complex compliance matters
·       Provides training to the Company staff on various compliance topics;
·       Assists the HQ Ethics and Compliance function in amending existing Compliance Policies, Procedures and Guidelines
·       Participates in the implementation of the recommendations of internal audit and monitors their implementation.
·       Ensures monitoring of the anti-corruption, sanctions, AML and related legislation and updates business functions on important developments
 
Functional Skills:
·       Master’s Degree in Law.
·       Work experience in similar roles at a senior level in the fields of compliance, legal, ethics or forensic accounting.
·       Knowledge of anti-corruption legislation, general principles of building an anti-corruption compliance system.
·       Knowledge of the sanctions legislation will be an advantage
·       Deep understanding of commercial business processes;
·       Confident PC user;
·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
