In this position, the attorney will draft complex estate planning documents, administer probate and trust cases, and counsel clients on wealth transfer and tax strategies. Regular responsibilities include guiding clients through the probate process, advising on asset distribution, and collaborating with other team members to provide comprehensive legal solutions. Day-to-day work also entails meeting with clients, handling court filings, and negotiating with opposing counsel when necessary.
Candidates should hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice law in the relevant state. At least two years of dedicated experience in estate planning and probate law is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a client-centered mindset, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing matters efficiently.
