The "Especialista de Arquitetura de TI I" at Serasa Experian plays a pivotal role in aligning technological choices and system integration approaches with the company's strategic corporate architecture vision. This position involves creating, maintaining, and evolving the company's portfolio of standard solutions, adhering to global policies and standards to effectively meet business needs. The role requires the ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly and logically.
Key responsibilities include creating and managing the portfolio of architectural standards, establishing and monitoring KPIs for solution architecture management and reuse, understanding business demands, and translating them into solutions that align with corporate architecture guidelines. The specialist will also be responsible for designing solution architectures that meet business demands while ensuring component reuse, security, and adherence to architectural principles. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with application architects and teams to proactively participate in the predetermined architecture process and engaging in architecture forums with peers within the business unit.
The ideal candidate should have a background in technology-related fields and prior experience in IT architecture and/or technical leadership. Proficiency in microservices, distributed environments (such as Kubernetes, Containers, Service Mesh), major cloud providers, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Big Data technologies (including Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, HDFS, Hive, HBase, Delta), NoSQL databases (like MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, Redis), API-first design, DevSecOps practices, and Agile methodologies (such as Scrum, Lean, Kanban) is essential. A leadership profile and proactive attitude are also important for this role.
