Entry Level Sales Representative (Hybrid)

The Entry Level Sales Representative at KnowBe4 serves as pre-sales support, focusing on qualifying leads at the initial stages of the sales funnel. This role involves researching potential customers, educating them about KnowBe4's product offerings, and determining their suitability before passing them to the sales team. The position is based in Clearwater, Florida, with opportunities for candidates in the greater Tampa Bay area.

Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospective customers who align with KnowBe4's range of products and services, including Egress. The representative will develop opportunities for the sales team through prospecting and marketing-generated leads, implement outbound prospecting strategies to engage potential buyers, and respond to inbound leads and inquiries. Collaboration with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches is essential, as is maintaining accurate records of all qualification and lead management activities using and Salesloft.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or relevant experience. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT security field is advantageous. Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office is required. Strong organizational and project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a friendly phone demeanor are essential.
