Entry Level Low Code Developer/ Business Consultant (4 Day Work Week)

Latitude Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Low Code Developer/Business Consultant to join our Information Technology team in Baltimore, MD. This full-time, on-site position offers a four-day workweek, with Fridays off. The role focuses on implementing, customizing, and optimizing business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics and Tableau to enhance client operations and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary client contact to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend software solutions. The consultant will configure and support Microsoft Dynamics to improve operational efficiency and develop dashboards and reports using Tableau. Additional duties involve conducting client workshops, collaborating with internal teams to design system enhancements, and providing post-implementation support.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders. Technical proficiency in configuring systems and developing data visualizations is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Tableau is preferred, along with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
