Enterprise Strategy Partner
The Enterprise Strategy Partner at super Hive Community plays a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of Fricative, a portfolio company specializing in Decision Management Systems. This position is based in the Greater New York City area, with occasional travel to San Francisco as needed. As part of the super venture studio, the Enterprise Strategy Partner collaborates closely with founders and operators to build and scale AI-native companies from inception through growth.
In this role, the Enterprise Strategy Partner is responsible for identifying high-value opportunities within enterprise clients, building alignment across stakeholders, and driving commercial momentum from initial interest to formal engagement. This involves understanding the client's business, recognizing economic value, and navigating competing priorities to advance opportunities. The partner works closely with the AI Solutions Strategist and engineering teams to ensure that business context and priorities are effectively integrated into Fricative's solutions.
Candidates should have approximately five years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, technology consulting, or similar client-facing roles. Strong business judgment, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a demonstrated capacity to turn analysis into actionable commitments are essential. A technical curiosity to understand AI-enabled products and connect their potential to business value is also important. Experience in enterprise strategy, technology, data, AI, or transformation is advantageous.
The compensation package includes an annual base salary ranging from $180,000 to $220,000, with eligibility for equity. The final offer will depend on qualifications, experience, and location.
