As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our retail partnerships within Kazakhstan. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle of strategic retail accounts, from generating leads to closing deals and fostering long-term growth. Your day-to-day activities will include developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, leading complex negotiations with senior stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to structure and implement partnership agreements. Additionally, you will utilize data analytics and AI tools to inform decision-making and ensure seamless transitions from deal closure to operational execution.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, marketplace, or omnichannel environments, with a strong track record in enterprise B2B sales. Proven experience managing long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders is essential. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, particularly at the C-level, are required, along with strong commercial and financial acumen. The ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and a data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline management and forecasting are also important. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
