The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding quotas, with over three years of enterprise-level post-sales experience in B2B SaaS. They should be commercially minded, capable of strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities, and adept at using data and analytics to support conversations and influence decision-making. Strong communication skills, adaptability, integrity, resourcefulness, and a desire for continuous improvement are essential qualities for success in this role.
