As an Enterprise Business Development Representative at Checkr, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the Enterprise sales team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create and manage a pipeline of potential clients through strategic outbound prospecting efforts. You will engage with prospective customers via multiple channels, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, to generate interest in Checkr's solutions. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will identify and source new business opportunities, ensuring a multithreaded approach to account penetration. Conducting thorough research on target accounts will be essential to tailor your outreach strategies effectively.

To excel in this position, you should have experience in an outbound sales development role, preferably within the enterprise space. Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales tools such as Outreach and Sales Navigator is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, a collaborative team mentality, and the ability to self-motivate and prioritize tasks are crucial. A track record of successfully developing and managing outbound pipelines in a SaaS environment will set you apart.
