Enterprise AI Architect

Lucid Motors is seeking an Enterprise AI Architect to lead the company's AI strategy across IT, architecture, design, and governance. This role is integral to embedding AI into Lucid's core enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA & BTP, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, enhancing CRM, ERP, collaboration, and ITSM workflows.

The Enterprise AI Architect will be responsible for defining and maintaining Lucid's enterprise AI reference architecture, encompassing large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns, vector databases, multimodal pipelines, agentic workflows, and MLOps foundations. Additionally, the role involves establishing AI standards, guardrails, and design patterns that balance innovation with security, compliance, and ethical considerations.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years in enterprise architecture, platform engineering, or large-scale systems design is required, along with at least 5 years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions, including generative AI and LLM-based systems. Deep expertise in modern AI stacks, cloud AI platforms, and data architecture is essential, as well as a proven ability to lead AI governance and ethical AI practices.

Lucid Motors offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary range of $216,600 to $317,680 USD annually. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and a 401(k) plan. Eligible candidates may also participate in Lucid's equity program and/or discretionary annual incentive program, subject to company performance and other factors.
