ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic sales across the DACH region and broader EU markets. You’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and consultative discovery to negotiation and close—working directly with senior executives, innovation teams, and technical stakeholders.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll help define Synthflow’s enterprise go-to-market motion, influence product direction through client insights, and build long-term partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive Strategic Growth: Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level opportunities, particularly across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales from discovery to contract execution and handoff to Customer Success.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points, map business requirements, and design tailored AI automation solutions that deliver ROI.
- Executive Engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (C-suite, Operations, Innovation, and IT leaders).
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure alignment between client needs and our product roadmap.
- Expansion & Retention: Nurture strategic accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
