Enterprise Account Executive

The Enterprise Account Executive role is integral to Submittable's New Business team, focusing on engaging C-suite leaders and managing the full sales cycle to drive revenue growth.

In this position, the Enterprise Account Executive will lead end-to-end sales cycles with large, complex organizations, aiming to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships. Responsibilities include executing pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and delivering tailored product demonstrations that align with client objectives. The role also involves building trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and mentoring junior sales staff to foster a high-performance sales culture.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of B2B SaaS experience in full-cycle sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex sales cycles. Experience in selling to corporate social responsibility, grants management, or philanthropic technology sectors is advantageous. Strong communication skills, familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or MEDDPICC, and a passion for social impact are essential.

The compensation package includes an annual base salary ranging from $85,000 to $120,000, with additional benefits such as comprehensive health and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, equity stock options, flexible hours, remote work options, and generous vacation and sick leave.
