Harness is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Melbourne. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on acquiring new enterprise clients. Key duties include exceeding sales targets, accurately forecasting sales, and collaborating with internal teams such as sales engineering and sales development to drive success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing enterprise deals, strong account planning and execution skills, and the ability to engage with C-level executives across IT and business units. Consistent overachievement of sales quotas and proficiency in sales methodologies like MEDDPIC are essential. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
