The Enterprise Account Executive, Advertising Technology Solutions at Mirakl is a pivotal role within the EMEA Ads team, focusing on expanding Mirakl's retail media solutions across the region. This position involves engaging with leading retailers and marketplace operators to drive the adoption of Mirakl Ads, a platform designed to monetize eCommerce web traffic and enhance value for advertisers and publishers.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market sales strategy, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, and building deep expertise in Mirakl Ads to act as a trusted advisor on retail media monetization strategies. The role also requires navigating complex retailer organizations to establish and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition to onboarding post-signature.
Candidates should possess a proven sales track record in Ad-tech, retail media, or SaaS solutions, with consistent over-achievement against quotas. A deep understanding of the marketplace and advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, ad servers, APIs, and data-driven advertising solutions, is essential. Strong negotiation and influencing skills, experience in solution selling, and the ability to manage a healthy sales pipeline are also required. Fluency in English at a C2 level is mandatory, with proficiency in German, French, or Dutch considered a plus.
