Engineering Project Manager

BrainRocket is a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing sectors. With a dynamic team of 1,300 professionals, we have established a strong presence in multiple countries, including Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and forecasting project execution. Your day-to-day tasks will include tracking time and efforts, providing regular status reports, coordinating team activities, managing project risks, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in IT, with excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks. A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is essential, along with experience in team management. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and OKRs is required. Strong verbal communication skills, effective time management, decision-making capabilities, and problem-solving skills are also crucial. Upper-intermediate spoken and written English is necessary.

Familiarity with technologies such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloudflare, ClickHouse, MySQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, NATS, BullMQ, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK Stack is a significant advantage. Holding certifications like PMP or PSM is also beneficial.
