Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal, to drive innovative projects and contribute to our rapid growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and forecasting project execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Your day-to-day tasks will include tracking time and efforts, providing regular status reports, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in IT, with excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks. A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience in team management are essential. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and OKRs, along with advanced verbal communication and time management skills, are required. An upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English is also necessary.
