Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Automation Platform (AUTOP) team, which empowers engineers to build, test, and deploy software efficiently. The AUTOP team is integral to Doctolib's mission of improving healthcare access by providing robust automation infrastructure and developer tools. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a platform that serves millions of users across Europe.

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of 6-10 engineers focused on developer productivity. Key responsibilities include defining and driving the technical vision for domains such as CI/CD, testing infrastructure, developer environments, or release automation. The role also involves making high-impact technical decisions that balance short-term delivery with long-term sustainability and scale, as well as championing a "Platform as a Product" mindset by treating internal developers as customers and iterating based on feedback.

Candidates should have at least 6 years of software engineering experience and 3 years of managing technical teams. Deep platform engineering expertise in areas like CI/CD, developer tooling, automation, testing infrastructure, or internal platforms is essential. A proven track record of building "Platform as a Product" with measurable adoption and impact is highly valued. Fluency in English and strong stakeholder management skills are also required.

Doctolib offers a comprehensive benefits package, including free health insurance for employees and their children, a Parent Care Program with additional leave, free mental health and coaching services, and the flexibility to work from abroad for up to 10 days per year. Additional perks include up to 14 days of RTT, a subsidy for sport club memberships or creative classes, and lunch vouchers with a Swile card.

Joining Doctolib means becoming part of a mission-driven company dedicated to improving healthcare access for all. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture, offering growth opportunities and the chance to work on impactful projects that make a real difference in people's lives.
