The day-to-day work includes close coordination with product teams, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to prioritize engineering tasks, address system performance issues, and advocate for engineering best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in software engineering, with proven leadership experience in site reliability engineering (SRE), DevOps, or infrastructure focused roles. Required skills include deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, experience with modern observability stacks (such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and prior experience managing or coaching engineering teams. A solid understanding of incident management and disaster recovery is highly advantageous.
